Ferblanterie P. Dufort et Fils Inc. (“we”, “us”) respects the privacy of its clients and complies with Quebec’s Law 25 on the protection of personal information in the private sector, as well as the federal PIPEDA.

1. Information collected

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services: name, email, phone, town, roof information (material, age, area, observed issue) and any message you send us.

2. Purposes

• Provide quotes and schedule on-site visits.
• Carry out the roofing and sheet-metal work you request.
• Contact you about your file (phone, email, SMS if you consent).
• Occasionally send you news or promotions, only if you opt in.
• Meet our legal and tax obligations (work-order retention, RBQ warranties).

3. Consent

By submitting a form or calling us, you consent to our collection and use of your information for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

Consent to SMS is required only when you provide a phone number. Consent to marketing communications is always optional.

4. Sharing with third parties

We never sell your information. We share it only:

• Cloudflare (United States / global edge) — static hosting (Cloudflare Pages) and operational technical logging (anonymized access logs).
• Aspyn AI Inc. (Longueuil, Quebec) — secure relay of form submissions to our internal email recipients (the forms.aspyn.ai service).
• Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare Inc.) — privacy-respecting anti-bot verification, with no persistent cookies and no advertising-profile tracking.
• Google Tag Manager + Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, United States) — tag management and audience measurement. No tag fires until you give explicit consent via the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2 default-denied). If you decline or do not respond, no data is transmitted to Google.
• With parts and material suppliers required for your project.
• If required by law.

5. Cookies

Our site uses essential cookies for site operation and, with your consent, audience-measurement cookies. You can manage your choices at any time via the “Manage cookies” button in the footer.

6. Retention

Your information is retained as long as needed to deliver our services and meet our legal obligations (tax and warranty in particular). After that, it is destroyed or anonymised.
